BTC Diocesan Ministry Education

Hi Everyone,

Here are the details for the Ministry Conference in Chch.  The program and location of the meetings are outlined below.

Transport: The bus will leave the All Saints car park at 7am (cars can be left in the central aisles) travelling via St Peters Atawhai, Nativity (Blenheim), then Chch. Can you please confirm where you want to be picked up for those taking the bus. For the return journey we will leave as soon as the conference finishes and stop at Kaikoura for dinner.

Accommodation: I have asked if couples can be in adjacent rooms. All bedding and towels supplied (you might want to bring an extra blanket though).

Saturday: The Saturday conference is being held at St Christophers, Avonhead.  Lunch is BYO.

On arrival please go to building 42 – where we will have lunch and be issued keys.  Also delegates are able to access the gym facilities at the University so bring your running shoes.
